I have found this to be true also. However, after reading some of the posts
to this list referencing "hidden" dairy, I am getting leery of eating anything
other than fresh fruits and veggies.
Just wondering: Does any one have any brand names of dairy free (and wheat
and gluten free) crackers and cookies to share? I'm still searching for
these.
