Hi all,
I just discovered a treat in my grocery store (A&P for the canucks on the
list). A chocolate spread that is milk free! It is primarily cocoa, oil and
defatted soymilk (why defatted, I don't know). It tastes great and heated it
is a chocolate fondue (great with orange slices!). We had it drizzled over
rasberry sherbert for dessert.
So start poking around your stores dark corners and you may find some
pleasant surprises.
I found a source for silken tofu, would anyone like to share their favourite
recipe?
