Why are you avoiding onions and garlic? Garlic in the Mother's diet was
actually shown to increase the duration of nursing sessions - meaning
that babies like it! No actual study was done on onion, but neither is
a very likely allergen.
Also, please rethink the TUMS. If you look into the archives I'm sure
you will find many good reasons why. Find instead a good Calcium
Complex with Magnesium.
