Greetings all!

I was reading Deidres' post regarding Communion on Thursday 9 Oct.
It raises an interesting point. Now I am not saying that other Irish
Catholic Celiacs don't have problems, but surely the Irish Catholic
Dioscese/Church (sorry not sure how it works over there) has made provision
in some way. Considering the incidence in Ireland of celiacs this may be
worth looking into. If they have a precedent, perhaps the rest of us could
cite that for a precedent??? It's an idea. I sincerely hope it isn't
half-baked...

On another note I just used Bette Hagmans Cream Cheese Pastry recipe
for the crust on an apple pie. I recommend it... Talk about a really good
pie... !!!!

Also, Does anyone have an effective substitute for Raisin Bran? I
have been craving it for a while... it's getting pretty bad... HELP!

        Thanks,
