I have safely eaten parmesan cheese in the past.  Recently I purchased
Lucerne brand and noticed that wheat was on the list of ingrediants!
I'm switching back to my regular brand (Super Fresh - A&P).  I can't
guarantee that Super Fresh is gf, just that I've had no problems and it
does not list wheat as an ingrediant.  If anyone has information on gf
parmesan cheese, please post it or contact me personally.
