Hi! My son has been on a wheat free and dairy free diet for a little
over a month now.  Things are going good except I can't make a decent
loaf of bread.  I have tried a number of different methods but would
prefer something that works in a bread machine.  I have a Regal Kitchen
Pro, the type that you put the liquids into first.  Any recipe
suggestions?  Also, are any of these extra expenses we incurr because we
are on a special diet tax deductible under medical?
