Hi everyone!
Does anyone know of a gluten free shortening? I checked at my local
supermarket and all of the brands available (Crisco, store brand,etc)
contain unspecified mono and di-glycerides--maybe one of them is o.k.? I
would love to make my husband a strawberry rhubarb pie--the rhubarb is
growing fast!
