Hello Everyone:

I am new to the list, and new to Celiac Disease. I have been recently
diagnosed with it, and I am starting the diet shortly. I live in St.
John's, Newfoundland, Canada. I look forward to receiving my first batch of
posts from the list.

I have read a lot of the information files available from the list, and I am
quite happy to say I gained a lot from them.

I have a couple questions however, and was hoping someone on this list could
help me.

1) I currently own a Black & Decker All-In-One Pro Breadmaker (model B1650).
The recipes of course include no gluten-free recipes, however I have
obtained several, though none for this specific machine. If anyone here has
used this machine, could you please share with me how useful you found it,
plus any tips you may have for using it.

2) I have seen several recipies for Corn Bread, however they all use a small
amount of Corn Meal, plus white (usually rice) flours. I am looking for a
recipe that uses Corn Flour instead. I am not fond of the texture of corn
meal breads, they remind me of cracked wheat bread, of which I am also not
fond (and now have a perfect excuse not to eat! :)

Thanks in advance.
