Hello everybody,

Hope that you are all well.  I have been reading your posts for a while
and this is the first time that I write.

I am highly allergic to yeast and I love to make my own bread.  Can
anybody tell me what can I use instead of the old yeast?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.  Have an enjoyable and healthy
