Howdy!
        I know this has taken me a while to get back about, but thank you to
everyone who replied to me regarding gf in Disney World! I received a
number of responses almost all of which said that Disney was very
accomidating for those of us with celiac. I am now completely excited
about the trip! Most said that like dining out anywhere else, just let
the chef know ahead of time that you need a gf meal, and they will be
happy to make it. A couple of people mentioned the buffets and said
that the chef at the german buffet came out and said what was gf and
what wasn't. It sounds to me like i wont have a problem at all. A few
phone numbers I had been given: Disney Resort Guest insider guide (407)
824-4321 or (407) W-Disney and a number about dining in disney:
(407)wdw-dine; Guest Relations (407) 824-4321; and for specific
executive chefs are: Rolf Grisswold (Magic Kingdom) (407) 824-5993;
Raymond Pitt (MGM) (407) 560-6954; Ed Wrenski (Epcot Center) (407)
560-7599. Again thanks for all of your help!
