Hello to the group,
I live in Mallorca and will be travelling to Southampton England on
the 24th of June for a week.  I would like to buy as many supplies as
possible while I am there.  (Resources are limited here)  Does anyone
have any suggestions?  What about these flour mixes I hear mentioned?
Are they any good?  Which are the best?  And are they truly
gluten-free?  Here in Spain, manufacturers are permitted to put the
gluten-free symbol on products that contain small quantities of
gluten.  Do they do the same in England?  Are there any dangers we
need to be aware of ?  What are the best stores to shop at?
Restaurants etc?
