Hello Muriel. :-)
There are two lists which may potentially interest you. The first is the
Lowcarb Tech list I run, which you'll find described at
http://www.syndicomm.com/lowfat.html which is a technical discussion group
meant for general discussion of low-carbohydrate and ketogenic diets (which
dovetails frequently with paleolithic nutrition concepts especially because
of frequent discussion of hyperinsulinemia and related problems). The list
is supposed to be research oriented; at the moment it's still a bit overrun
by newbies but we're moving soon to a new location that will give us a bit
more control. In the meantime though it's still a pretty good list.
There is also the Paleolithic Diet & Exercise Symposium. This is very,
very research oriented and is entirely about paleolithic nutrition. There
are about 200 subscribers and about 2/3rds have doctorates in fields such
as biology, archaeology, paleontology, medicine, etc. Conversations can
become -quite- arid and technical, especially when the biologists get
cranking, but if your interest is in learning it's well worth reading. See
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/paleodiet.html for a list of all
discussions to date, and shoot me email if you want to actually subscribe.
