Dear Muriel,
I am never certain who wrote what when there are the ">" within an
email. Is the above statement yours or someone elses? Can you tell me just
what are the foods that would provide their (serotonin and norepinephrine)
amino acid precursors?
The Paleolithic eating is extremely interesting to me. When I
heard on the Financial News Network that, according to one doctor, people
should eat according to their blood type, I was thrilled. As an O Positive
I can eat meat again without feeling that I am going against all that I have
been taught about nutrition. (I took a nutrition class from a diatician at
one of our local hospitals for two years. I was trying to get control of my
runaway appetite and lose some weight. Giving up carbo's and sugar is the
best thing that ever happened to my arthritis and my brain! It (both the
brain and the joints) works again, thank heaven.
I await your reply, Sincerely, Willo Boe
or so it seems.
