I have no doubt in the benefits of vaccines for the vast majority of the
population in theory.  However, I do not have confidence that the
pharmaceutical industry or medical community have taken enough precaution
for children born with undetected compromised immune systems.  Some
countries do recognize this fact and delay mandatory vaccinations until the
age of 2.

I have looked into the vaccine issue and there are many serious questions
that have not been investigated by the pharmaceutical industry or medical
community.

1)  Why are they still not screening the African Green monkeys used for the
live polio vaccine for SMV 40, which is being detected in humans with a
variety of unusual neurological conditions?

2)  Why do they fail to investigate children whose autistic symptoms start
with the onset of MMR and subsequently have antibody titre levels that
greatly exceed the normal levels?

3)  Why don't they research into what causes immediate severe immune
reactions and deaths after vaccinations and develop a screening process to
find these children BEFORE they are damaged?

4)  Why isn't the general public warned that polio CAN be transmitted
through the stools of recently vaccinated children?

5)  Why do they continue to use aluminum and mercury based preservatives in
the vaccinations (some autistic children have great difficulty excreting
these toxic metals from their bodies)?

The fear that vaccination levels will decline if more accurate information
were released is not a good reason for failing to look into these
situations.  In reality I see the push for vaccines for diseases that are
not lethal (chicken pox, mumps, etc) and I do not see the companies looking
for ways to make the vaccines we have already safer.  The inactivated
version of the polio vaccine is a step in the right direction, but most
consumers are not made aware of the benefits.

I am not blind to the dangers of these diseases.  My hubbie's great uncle
had polio as a child and he was one of the lucky ones who spent most of his
life mobile (on crutches).  My hubby contracted measles three years ago and
I witnessed first hand how debilitating measles can be to a healthy adult.
