I've lived here all my life, and I guess I take our food here for granted.
You probably have Ruth's Chris Steak Houses there, right? That was a
neighborhood steak house, and Ruth used to be our waitres every Saturday
when I was a kid.
If you're looking for Pork Rinds, and maybe sausage, there are come
companies in S. La. that ship out. I'll get their names and addresses if you
like, and post them. Let me know. Nothing beats boudin sausage!
