Hello List,

Can someone either steer me to the archive files that talk about oats, or
sum up a (short) explanation of the gluten status of oats? My 3 year old is
on a GF diet to remediate some language and sensory symptoms of autistic
like symptoms. There are some cracker products that I have seen which are
made with oat flour that I am considering using at his preschool for a
group snack time. His teacher has suggested that the group simply eat "his"
kind of crackers so he won't feel singled out, but the only GF crackers I
have found (the Rice Bran ones I think) he doesn't really care for. He
remembrers "real" crackers and I think this may be a problem this year if
all of the kids get "Ritz" type crackers except for him. Or if anyone knows
of another GF cracker that kids like please also post this info. Thanks in
advance.
