I just purchased a copy of the "Full of Beans" cookbook.  Many of the baked
goods recipes called for corn meal.  I am allergic to corn.
Has anybody who is allergic to corn tried modifying these recipes?  I am
escpecially wondering if cream of rice would be a viable substitute.
