I find Mrs. Leeper's Corn Spaghetti delicious and very quick and easy to make.
Although I'm based near London, this American product seems to be freely
available.
The help I am looking for is this: Does anyone know how to make pasta with JUST
corn flour (as in the above-mentioned product)? I have a pasta maker but the
list of contents that I've come across seems to be quite complicated.
Any help will be appreciated.
