Hello all.
What is the difference, taste wise and texture wise, between regular rice
flour, sweet rice flour and sticky (or 'glutanous' as B. Hagman calls it)
rice flour? Our main specialty store just received a shipment of sticky
rice flour. I ordered several bags and now realize that there's a
difference between them. Are they interchangeable?
