Wasa has a gluten free cracker/crisp Some gluten free foods are Pamela's
cookies, Imagine Puddings, Cereals are Kellogg's Corn Pops. There are lots
of gluten free products at a store called Whole Foods, they carry
everything gluten free from cereal, cookies, waffles (frozen) etc. Whole
Foods is on the internet at www.wholefoods.com

Frito-Lay Corn Chips are GF and very good.
There is a restaurant in the Grand Floridian Hotel (right inside the
park) that served my daughter GF pancakes. It was a special request
but they were very accommodating.
