Is anyone aware of -- or, better yet, involved in -- any legislative or
regulatory efforts to require the food labels we Celiacs require?  I work in
D.C., and have some contacts in federal agencies (including the FDA) and on
Capitol Hill, so I'd be interested in helping out.
