Julie May reported that "fresh" pumpkin seeds are a good source of calcium,
potassium, and vitamin D. Sounds like a great snack, but is there any
source, other than gutting a pumpkin, in which the nutrients are preserved?
Although I am currently in Australia, my personal interest is in U.S.
sources.
