Sarah. My son, after being blood tested, showed up to be very ALERGIC to
milk proteins. He reacts the following way (he is only 1 and I only know
what I notice, I don't know how HE feels). He reacts about to hours after
having consumed the milk or proteins. Stomach ache, vomit, diahorrea,
crying, bad sleep, nervous.

Here in Spain I find it difficult to do label reading as a lot of
ingredients come mentioned as "E and three numbers". Until today nobody has
wanted to give me the E nrs. that could contain milk or milk proteins, and
I'm sure that more that once, I've mistaken myself while feeding my son
with all my love and care.

A question for other list members. My English is not perfect, and I would
like to know, what is whey.

Thanks,
Erica
