Fish, poultry, meat and nuts are good sources of the potassium -- real
handy since they are also the mainstay of the Hunter-Gatherer's diet.
I'm wondering if the study you previously refered to, were protein was
linked to calcium loss and resolved by supplimental potassium, that the
protein was from plant source rather than animal source? It would then
appear that calcium loss can be averted by following a diet based around
the paleolithic style approach which eliminates the grains and makes good
use of the animal source proteins?
A possible aid to osteoporosis suffers -- a Paleolithic Style Diet?
