Which fibre thing do you mean? If you find it a little hard to imagine
how a human could eat 100 to 150 grams of fibre per day, I'm with you
there. I just seriously can't believe it, especially not if the
paleolithic-fibre-gorger is also supposed to be eating large amounts
of meat.

Like what, did they wolf down handfuls of flax seeds? Wheelbarrows
full of salad greens? Beans are quite fibre-dense, but I guess
wouldn't have been available. Blackberries have 7 grams of fibre
per cup, but 12 cups of blackberries per day doesn't sound right
either.
