Were they the author's of "Paleolithic Perscription?" I checked
out that book hoping that I could find more medical terms to back up my
decision, but I stopped reading after I got a sneaking suspician that
they were too enamored of the Food Pyramid. I skipped ahead and found a
recommendation for oat-bran bread. No matter how healthy oats may be . .
. complex carbohydrates are addictive.
