Better than Milk is a dairy free tofu beverage. It is distributed by Sovex
Natural Foods Inc, Box 2178 Collegedale TN 37315 USA. I have seen two
varieties in our health food store (Minnesota). One says Caseinate Free, the
one marked "Vanilla Flavor" does not specifically say that on the label, but
the plain one does. I have used it in mashed potatoes, soups and other
recipes where soy milk tastes too "nutty", my 2 year old doesn't seem to
obeject to it in these recipes either. He won't drink anything but water so
I'm not sure how it is "stright up", I've added Nestles and sampled it,
seems pretty good to me.
