Hazel, I use NUCO brand margarine. It's loctose free and a "no burn"
margarine. You can cook with it, spread it, etc. It comes in 4 quarters
in a package. I have gotten use to the taste and we use it on toast,
popcorn, and in all cooking. I even make a "butter sauce" with it, using
Basil and lemon juice in it, for dipping fish into.
I live in the Washington state, don't know it that brand is sold
everywhere.
