If she has a true milk allergy, even 100% lactose free milk won't help because
a milk allergy is due to the milk PROTEIN, not the lactose (milk sugar). So,
if the only alternative is removing all milk products from her diet and
reading labels meticulously to make sure there are not milk products (casein,
whey, etc.) in the foods.
Most milk allergic little ones outgrow a milk allergy by 3-5 years of age and
she will have a better chance of outgrowing it if you practice complete
dietary avoidance of all milk and milk products.
