Now that many of us our packing lunches for dairy free diets I am just
wondering what everyone is packing. For our two food allergic boys we are
using metal thermos and pack spaghetti, soups, etc. in them. Last night I
made a huge 9x13 pan of meatballs (Mixed 1 pound ground turkey, 1 small
onion, 1/2 cup raw rice then made into meatballs. Then put 1 can of tomato
soup and half can water over them. Baked for 1 hour at 350).
