McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and Arby's all have brochures available
for the asking with the ingredients of all foods. At present, McDonald's
hamburger kids meal and Burger King hamburger kids meal are OK for my
milk-allergic son. We haven't checked Arby's for a while but theirs was OK
too. Wendy's buns all used to have milk in them, so all he eats there is
chili (or fries).

Dairy Queen told us they didn't know what was in the buns (turns out each
stores buys its own buns locally, so you never know). There is milk in all
Kentucky Fried Chicken varieties except Tender Roast, but we eat Church's
Fried Chicken with no problem.
