Sorry, it sounded like you were already on a 4 day rotation with the talk
of buffalo and what all. Basically, you rotate your meats, grains (if you
eat them), fruits and vegs. In other words, I have a choice of 4 meats,
turkey, chicken, beef and pork. Today was a beef/milk day. Tomorrow will
be our turkey day. ALL fish and all birds are considered different enough
that they are in different groups and will not cross-react. There are
several books. I use _If this is Tues., it must be chicken_ . All stone
fruits are the same group and I can attest that when Bryn is reacting to
cherries, plums are out that day too.
The boys still get grains. We remember it by CROW, corn, rice, oats (or
rye), wheat. I have pretty much eliminated all of them because I am
allergic to all grains.
