I am taking a day and a half train trip with my son.
Iam working 24 hours a day with his diet here, am concerned about taking
the trip, however, the experience will be invaluable for him. It is crucial
that he stay on the paleo diet. I don't want to jeopardize the success we
are seeing.
I thought about cancelling it, but he wants to go SO BADLY.
If anyone feels like it, could you email me any ideas of how I can stay
paleo on the train. How can I pack so much food???
For example, what would you pack, if you were going on such a trip???
