Tony,
I sure wouldn't mind gaining a little weight if it were muscle weight.
I don't thing you'd gain much, tho, unless you are working out hard.

I gained 7 pounds lean body mass in 3 months on another low carb plan. My
weight plateaued during that time, so I also lost 7 pounds of fat. I was not
working out at all, unless you count chewing.
This is not John Pavao's problem though, he's been low carb for a long time,
and has already done his muscle gaining. You know you're gaining muscle when
the scales don't move but your measurements go down.
