help and neither did calcium. Turns out, I get leg cramps from
antihistamine, chicken (or rice) and ham. In fact, maybe a lot more
lately. I have them again now and all the badness I ate was chicken and
chocolate. Will let you know what happens tomorrow when I have a beef and
milk day.
