My son is lactose intolerant.  None of thelactaid or similar products ever
worked for him.. I use Mocha mix ice cream(it has the kosher  no dairy mark
on it) but i haven't checked for hidden milk products.  My son can tolerate
(in small amts like at a party)any form of dairy that HAS BEEN PROCESSED!!!
  Heating it-pizza- freezing it- ice cream but not melted cheese on top of
spaghetti-(broiler) not heated enough.


Try the different things to find what workds for you and KEEP A LOG  of the
food you eat and how you feel.  Sometimes the symprtoms dont show up for
days.  Good luck!
