How do you get the food to stick together?  Do you have a

Connie, I use "Egg Replacer" by "Ener G" brand. The box has many recipes
printed on it. It holds food together. I don't think it tastes like
eggs, but just bland flavor? I use bake with it. There is even a recipe
for Quiche.  It can be whipped to form peaks for meringue toppings.
