Based on my own experience, the 40% for milk/dairy seems far too high.
Would you please point me to the source of this information?

Also, what does the 40% refer to? Volume? Calories? At one point in my life,
I drank 6 glasses of skim milk daily! Even then it would not have been 40%
of my calories.
