Hi all!

I know there have been some postings on the possible relationship of gluten
intolerence and ADD

My 17 month old son was diagnosed with a severe wheat allergy. He has been
on a gluten free diet since 13 months and does pretty well.

I recently learned that my nephew (4 years old) was diagnosed with ADD. They
said it could be related enhanced ar related by food allergies, genetic etc.
They are not putting him on any medication yet but said to watch out for it
since he starts school in September.

I remember reading a few posters saying that a gluten free diet helped their
kids who had ADD.

I am wondering if it could be a possibility that gluten is toxic to both our
kids and maybe they respond in different ways.

I would appreciate any information anyone could give me on this subject so I
can relay the information to my brother.

Thanks. You can reply to me personnally I will post if I receive enough
information

Barbara
