Cost: $35 Per Person, includes admission to the conference, gluten-free

9:00 - 9:45 a.m. CEDAR Project (No cost blood work during the day. Make
sure that the person has had gluten for the last 2-3
months)
10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Dr. C. Robert Dahl, Gastroenterologist
11:00 - 11:45 a.m. Carol Fenster, author of gluten-free cookbooks
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Lana Miller, nutritionalist and Dr. Leslie Gavin,

2:15 - 3:00 p.m. Cooking demonstrations
3:15 - 4:00 p.m. Round table discussions
