Tammy, the book "Food Chemical Sensitivity" by Robert Buist provides an
extensive list of salicylates (by high, med, low, neglible) based on a study
published by the American Dietetic Association in 1985. This is an
 EXCELLENT book IMHO!

Tammy,
Tammy G is absolutely right on with this book. Dr. Buist is quite extensive
with all the chemcials and addivites we give our society, and their dangers.
After I read this book, I lost 20 lbs. due to the fear of eating!!
Unfortunately the weight didn't stay off!! :(
