You might also have other sensitivities, not necessarily related
to dairy. As well, you might be carbohydrate sensitive (I know a
LOT of people like that, ever since I started eating low-carb
diet). It's rather dangerous to assume that just because you
are having some problems with dairy that all other ills that
afflict you must be somehow dairy related; you might miss
something important that way.
