While shopping in a local cheese/cum deli shop, I came across an
"instant Indian meal" product, one of those "just add chicken"
thingies! On taking a closer look at the ingredients, the only item
I couldn't be sure of was "Urd Flour".
Can anyone out there tell me what this is?
The box, or rather what was likely to eventually come out of it,
looked delicious. If it turns out safe, I'll post the details about
the product. Since I haven't bought it yet can't tell you anymore
than the fact it was apparently made in the UK.
