Hi ALL:
  This may be an odd question, but I am wondering if any celiacs out
there keep an emergency supply of flours etc in case of some disaster
(natural or otherwise).  Lots of us live in tornado alley, earthquake
prone areas, and hurricane hit coastal plains.
  I am thinking of trying to put something like this together and
wondered if anyone has already done this.  I'm looking for ideas and
quantities to keep in the stash.
