Hi Folks!
I am wondering if I am getting enough fat in my diet. I find since being
on the diet for a year that I get hungry for stuff like cheese, butter,
and mayonnaise. I only use a bit of oil in cooking, don't eat anything
deep-fried, and almost any amount of animal fat makes me very sick. I'm
also lactose intolerant. I get calcium and a lot of vitamins and minerals
from supplements, and eat mostly lean meat and veggies. Interestingly,
I've lost my taste for sugar! Am I getting enough fat from the meat and
oil? I have heard that your body tends to crave things it isn't getting
enough of so I thought I would run this by the group.
Thanks!
Lissy
