I am looking for information on disability claims for CD in the United
States.  Does any one know of a situation where disability was granted for
a CD patient?  I am checking into the specifics of our agency's policy, but
am interested in any previous successful or unsuccessful claims.

I will not bore you with the details of why we are pursuing this as a last
