Whole Foods, a Texas company that owns Bread & Circus, recently bought Fresh
Fields, in the Metro Wash area, Conn, Illinois, etc. We are blessed with
both Fresh Fields and Bread & Circus in the Metro Wash area. Ultimately all
will have one name with fresh fields being part of it. Bread & Circus was
founded because people needed special foods and I find they have more gluten
free flours than does Fresh Fields.
