I had several responses concerning the Goya Rice Flour and Yellow Corn
Meal.

9 believe it to be gluten free as they have been using it with no
problems (a few indicated that they were super sensitive so if there
was a problem they would know).

1 has had some problems -- thought it to be due to cross contamination
although another indicated that they have never seen any Goya products
made with the forbidden grains so they assume that cross contamination
is not an issue.

1 person felt that it was too starchy.
