Max & the list,
A great way to increase food variety is to
explore the foods of all different ethnic cultures. It is very easy to
get in a food rut. Any large library should have many cookbooks to
peruse. Even if you make changes due to taste differences, you can still
increase your variety. You may even discover some foods you'll love &
wonder how you did without them.
I don't consider being limited by my food intolerances, just
more reason to be adventuresome. I've now had 2 years into this search,
& I admit to some (IMO) awful foods. The finds have been worth the
yucks!
Don't know until you try it!
        Happy searching,
                        Sue Huesken
