Lactaid 100 milk is labelled as "100% lactose reduced"
and also as "lactose free" (both labels printed at
separate places on the milk carton). Does anybody
know how to interpret this? Would the 2 or 3% rule
apply?

I'm presently looking for the source of unexplained
diarrhea that occurs when I'm meticulously avoiding all
lactose. I'm a major consumer of Lactaid 100, and
severely lactose intolerant.
